PYLON

A lost edifice in the desert, a portal to unknown lands beyond. Is any of it real, or is it just an illusion, a dying dream?

A pylon is the monumental gate of an ancient temple, consisting of two pyramidal towers, each tapered and surmounted by a cornice, joined by a less elevated section enclosing the entrance between them.
